Space London is a joinery and fitted furniture company, specialising in high end residential work for luxury homes and boutique premises. Established initially as Hanging Space in 2008, Elaine Palmer and her team offer the complete service from start to finish including beautiful life like CAD design, detailed design drawings for non- standard luxury furniture for discerning clients.

Space has an excellent track record completing projects on time and on budget, liaising directly with both developers, builders and directly with clients to provide the best experience and a beautiful and pleasurable end-product. Elaine and her team are known and respected throughout the industry for their dedication to produce the perfect end product and giving great service. Every design is unique, with new ideas and techniques to keep us ahead of the trends for the interior market. Elaine and the Team

Elaine has a plethora of experience in the design industry. Starting her career in commercial and couture fashion, she gained a deep understanding of fabrics and colour. Eventually, this led her to designing soft furnishings and upholstery in her own interior business. Over the last twelve years, Elaine has worked with clients from all walks of life, from celebrities to CEO’s. Elaine is highly respected in the industry for her professionalism, and reputation for maintaining a perfectly unique blend of creativity and practicality.

Our Process

‘Space’ is no ordinary interior design company. We work closely with our clients right from the outset of conceiving design ideas, to project management and bespoke production, full installation, all the way through to soft furnishings and finishing touches. With Space, you get the full package. We are a tight knit, expert design team with heaps of experience. Our talented in-house designers use state of the art software to create 3D CAD images your projects, so you can see them brought to life even before production begins. We have also been working with a team of carpenters, run by Craig and Dan, for many years now. They are talented, reliable, and help run the projects from sign-off to completion.
